Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Your order will be shipped packed safely from Germany.
The time it takes me to process your order and get it ready for shipping is currently 3-7 business days.


 

International shipping:
All international orders are shipped with Deutsche Post or DHL Warenpost International. At the checkout, you can choose between tracked or untracked shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout and depend on the quantity of products in your order and your location. 

 

Tax and Customs for non EU Orders
In case of delivery to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may incur in individual cases for which the Seller is not responsible and which have to be borne by the customer. This includes for example transfer fees charged by banking institutes (transfer charges, exchange fees) or import duties or taxes (customs). 

Delivery Times:
Within Germany: 1-7 Working Days
EU and Europe: 5-21 Working Days
Rest of the world: 2-8 Weeks 

These are only rough estimates of delivery times, shipping may be delayed due to various factors (eg strike at the post office).

Refund Policy
Returns are accepted. You have 14 days from the day you received your order to submit your return request. However, you will be in charge of the shipping costs of the return of the item(s).
